Secret garden gate

The mural for this room covered only one wall.  The most difficult part was intergrating the door to the walk in closet which was used as a hidden playroom for the child.

Teen Girls Butterfly and Dragonfly Room

This girls room was painted from the inspiration of her bedspread
and pillows.

I cut a simple stencil out to do the boarder.  I marked the height with chalk using a level.

Painting clouds at the top of the wall made cutting in the blue simple.  I just feathered out the blue when I painted toward the top then put in the clouds using the same ceiling white I had painted the ceiling.

Girls room Cottage and Gate

This room was painted for my Granddaughter when she was 5.  The fence goes all the way around the room.  The house was just built so I didn't have to worry about floors or trim, but it also was in Texas in the summer and the air hadn't been connected yet.

Girls Room with hand painted boarder

This little girls room will last her for years.  The parents had fun finding all the hidden animals in the clouds.  The boarder was my own design.  I made a stencil for each of the flowers or insects so that it would be uniform.  They were painted white then I came back and painted all the details a different day. If you look very close you can see that there are tiny purple and blue flowers on the bottom half of the wall.
